I am working on an idea suggested on the BMAA forum by Kev Armstrong for a flat-on-the-ground trolley platform which you can roll your trike on to, then lift using trailer jockey wheels....then castor it in any direction for moving your trike in the hangar. Apparently some blokes at Beverley have made just such a contraption.

And, what if you used a set of these for jacking up your trike and castoring it around the hangar?

Here's an idea which, with some modification, could be the basis of a good packed wing transporter. Lizzie and I had a similar idea a couple of years ago. I like a clever idea which saves your back. (watch the vid with sound on)
